Returns/Exchanges:
Except in the case of manufacturer's defect all personalized items are FINAL SALE.
Defective items or items without personalization can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a Return Authorization # and call tag. If the item is not defective you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
