Do the prices listed for each item include embroidery?
Yes, all prices include the embroidery on each item.
Am I limited to the color and font choices listed on the site?
No, it is impossible to list every variation of embroidery so I have given the most popular choices. If you would like your item customized further, please contact me via e-mail before placing your order and every effort will be made to fulfill your request. Please note, additional charges may apply.
Why do some items have different font choices than others?
Because each item is made from a different material, some fonts are either too thin or too thick to properly sew out. Therefore, I have tried to select the best range of fonts for the best possible quality of embroidery on each item.
If I have a specific font in mind that you do not show, can I have it embroidered on something?
If I have the font available to me and it is the correct type for the specific item, than yes...just contact me with your request prior to placing your order.
Will you embroider on items that you do not sell?
No. We do not accept outside items for embroidery.
Can you embroider my logo on an item?
Yes, please contact me for pricing and details.
What is the normal turn around time for items to ship?
For items I have in stock, normal turn can be as quick as 1-3 days. However please allow up to 14 days to receive your item. Some items, however need to be ordered and may require more time, items requiring more than 14 days are noted in the description. If you have a rush order, please contact me prior to placing your order and I will do what I can to accommodate you.
Where are you located?
I am located in the Charlotte, NC area. So please take this into account when ordering with standard shipping services.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, for an additional shipping fee. Please contact me prior to placing your order.
Are items refundable?
Items which have been personalized are not refundable, except in the case of manufacturers defect.
Do I have to personalize my item?
No, you may order your item(s) blank.
Will the price be lower if I do not personalize my item?
No. All prices include personalization as a free service, the price will remain the same if you choose to decline this service.
If I live local to you can I pick up my order?
Yes, please type coupon code: PICKUP in the the shopping cart and your order will be processed without the shipping charges. I will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
I do not have a Paypal account, can I still order from you?
Yes, please contact me to arrange an alternate form of payment. But please note, I only accept credit cards via Paypal and I will require a personal check to clear prior to shipping your item.
